The Veli white table lamp fascinates every onlooker with its unusual shapes. It stands on a very thin round plate that is barely visible under the lampshade, as both were kept white. The shade itself is made of white Opalfllex. This one is also round, but the shape of the shade is not really a sphere, but rather an oval. This fits all too well with the countless patterns on the hood. Since there are no edges, they look very soft and create a balanced atmosphere. In addition, the shapes in connection with the material give the impression that the lampshade is soft and consists of fabric fringes.

All this is possible thanks to the extraordinary Opalflex material. The patent for this material belongs to the design forge Slamp. This was founded in Italy, more precisely in Rome, in the early 1990s. There is a great emphasis on first-class quality and innovative materials. That is why Slamp employees regularly create materials such as Opalflex, Goldflex, Copperflex and many more, which are perfect for lighting.

But the Veli table lamp is not only characterized by its material, but also convinces by its form design and function. The diameter is 32 cm, but it is only 22 cm high. Veli succeeds in this with a light weight of 0.55 kg: really filigree!
